Dispatch Notifications:
*Orders placed before 2pm NZT will normally dispatch same day. Orders Placed after 2pm NZT, weekends, and public holidays will dispatch the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your NZ Post tracking number. Please note your tracking number may not be traceable for up to 4 hours.

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience delivery delays of up to 5-10 business days due to unforeseen postal issues. While most orders will arrive earlier, we always want to be upfront about what to expect.
