From time to time, yd. Australia (“yd.”, “we”, “us”, “our”) may conduct competitions, giveaways, or promotions (“Promotions”). By entering or participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions specific to the relevant Promotion. If you do not agree, you must not enter or participate.

1. Additional Terms

Each Promotion may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant Promotion post or page. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific Promotion terms will prevail.

2. Eligibility

Promotions are open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified.
Employees of yd., its related entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry and Participation

Entry requirements and methods will be specified in the relevant Promotion post or page.
Only valid entries received during the Promotion period will be eligible.
Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
Each prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible, except as set out in the relevant terms or as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Promotional codes are subject to any additional terms, including minimum spend, validity periods, and product or sale exclusions.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected as specified in the relevant Promotion post (e.g., random draw or judged based on skill).
Winners will be notified via the method outlined in the Promotion post (e.g., email, direct message) within a reasonable period.
If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, yd. may select an alternative winner at its discretion.

6. Disqualification

yd. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these terms, or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct.

7. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with yd.’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. By entering, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and as otherwise set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, yd. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or participating in a Promotion or accepting a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. General

yd. reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes, or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit, and yd.’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
yd. may amend, suspend, or cancel any Promotion or these terms at any time, subject to relevant laws and regulations.
Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

10. Compliance

All Promotions are conducted in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, and any applicable state or territory laws, including permit requirements for games of chance where relevant.
