Take your order into any store with your invoice, ensure garment is unworn & tag is still attached.
Returns within Australia: Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 24-48 hours for your return to be processed and your account credited. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
Please Note: yd. Onlne or In Store orders cannot be returned to any Myer stores.
Frequently Asked Questions
Change Of Mind Policy
We are happy to provide a full refund, minus any shipping charges, if you have a change of mind, and providing you meet the below criteria.
Returns Criteria:
• Proof of purchase: Receipt or online order confirmation
• Item has not been worn or washed
• Swing tag is still on the item
• The item/s you are returning have not been altered in anyway. This includes yd. provided alterations
Faulty Returns Policy
In the unfortunate case that an item might be faulty, please let us know at ydonline@yd.com.au. We ask that you ensure the following:
• A copy of your original receipt or a form of proof of purchase.
• Include photographic evidence of the fault. Photographs alone will not be accepted as proof of fault.
It is a requirement that the physical product be in our possession prior to the acceptance of your return request.
Please return the product to a store, so that our staff can assess the item, OR;
If you have purchased online, we are able to provide a postage label to cover the cost of the return of your faulty product.
Buy Now, Pay Later Refunds
If you have paid for and purchased any of our items through a buy now pay later, you can return them to any of our stores, or follow our regular online return policy above.
Refunds will automatically go through the relevant account you purchased it through (e.g. Afterpay)
